Delete your Inner Sky account
You can permanently delete your Inner Sky account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what to expect.
1. Delete your account from inside the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Inner Sky app:
- Open Inner Sky and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account (“Permanently remove your account and data”).
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. This step is irreversible.
2. What deletion does
Permanently deleting your Inner Sky account is designed to remove the account and its associated data, including:
- your profile information and profile photo, if one was set;
- your birth information and natal-chart information;
- your generated readings (Character, Today, Friendship, Love, and related analyses);
- your Lumen conversations and Lumen Memory;
- your Connections, consent records, and shared relationship analyses involving your account.
Inner Sky also requests deletion of the associated RevenueCat customer record. After deletion, the app signs you out. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your Inner Sky account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through the store you subscribed with, or you may continue to be charged.
Information that Inner Sky is legally required to retain may be retained only to the extent and for the period required by law. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
3. Can’t access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app, or account deletion within the app cannot be completed, you can request deletion by emailing us at privacy@getinnersky.com.
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Inner Sky account where possible.
4. Identity verification
For an email-based deletion request, we may reasonably verify that you control the account before acting on it, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Inner Sky will never ask you to provide your account password by email — we will never request it, and you should never send it.
